Communicate respectfully with sellers. Sellers should respond to messages within 24 hours.

Refunds are available only through the dispute system. Downloaded accounts are not refundable unless they are invalid.

All accounts must be working and valid. Selling invalid accounts can result in immediate suspension.

Product descriptions must be accurate and include all relevant details and limitations.

Instant delivery is required. Maintain sufficient stock and disable out-of-stock products.

Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours and provide support for purchased accounts.

Cooperate with the dispute process. Failure to respond may result in an automatic refund.

A 5% commission applies to sales. Withdrawals are processed within 2–3 business days.
